Ben has been working at Menchies for just over a month now.
He really loves his job!
They seem to really love him as well because after only 1 month they have given him employee of the month.
He didn't even know they did that.
It is great seeing that others also see how awesome he is.
I am so very proud of him and who he is becoming as a man.
